A absolutely wonderful restaurant with delicious traditional Japanese cuisine and friendly, helpful English speaking (bilingual) staff and English (bilingual) menu available. Well priced for the area. Absolutely recommend!

It is a small and beautiful shop

Decent priced food compared to the hotel. Came here for dinner without a booking (6:00pm’ish) & they were able to seat us almost straight away.As we were finishing up they were preparing for a few booked tables so I’d recommend booking just in case.We ordered items from the winter dinner menu & all came approx a bit over ¥5000 with drinks. Food was great & tasted fantastic, we might even opt to go here again to try other items.Service was fast & friendly & food came out relatively quickly.Only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because I had a stomach ache almost after we ate. Not sure if it was from the food.

Restaurant in the middle of the ski resort. Great lunch menu with a wide variety of sets, from beef rice to ramen to seafood rice. In the evening the prices rise and the amount of different dishes too! Sushi, sashimi, meat and seafood from the teppan grill, tempura, shabu shabu (hot pot), udon, soba, wagyu beef, life crabs, fresh sea urchin (uni) or ikura. Wide variety of beer, wine, champagne, sake, whiskey and shoshu.Very nice atmosphere with fitting decoration and music. Friendly staff that will help you choose the right dinner for you. The price is according to the quality of the food.

Sushi restaurant in Niseko Village I ate lunch with eel sauce and ramen noodles at lunch time. I will eat. Price is too high. There is not much choice here.

This opens at 11am while most restaurants at hilton open at 12. Standard set meal of ramen, soba or wagyu rice. Quick efficient service and at very reasonable prices too. Menu items for dinner can go beyond Y20k too. Loke the wagyu beef rice.

Surprisingly good food for a ski hill restaurant. Nice beef and tempura. A bit expensive though.

Food is ok. Service is very poor, however. It took us about 10 minutes after arriving at the restaurant to get someone’s attention to get seated. Our waitress was an expat and had very little knowledge of the Japanese cuisine. I was not able to use Japanese names of food items to order what we wanted. She was grumpy and unhappy. It also took us about 45 minutes to get our food. I would give this a miss unless you have not other choice or are desperate.

Friendly service and warm place to stay after a long day of skiing. Food is ok and surely one of the best around but not so mamy options neither.

Came with family of 6 adults and 3 kids. The seniors and kiddos had been begging to come back for more everyday! All because of the great food (sashimi platter with lobster, abalone, assortment of fish, tempura udon, wagyu beef, sushi, katsudon, sake, beer, Hokkaido ice-cream with melon......etc), warm hospitality (manager speaks english, ever helpful Ben who speaks fluent cantonese and english) and great ambience with clear view of ski slope, ski lift and Mt Yotei. Price is reasonable considering the logistic of the restaurant to maintain its 5 star food quality and service. The amazing sushi chef is above 70yo so be patient and wait for his surprises for you! The restaurant is 5 min walk from Hilton Niseko. 5 min by internal shuttle from Green Leaf Resort and 10 - 15 min bus ride from Hirafu and Annapuri villages. Booking is advisable to avoid dissappointment. I am not the owner :)

Delicious food and fantastic service! The wagyu beef stew was extraordinary and the atmosphere and service was welcoming.

We ate the cheapest buttondon 1200 yen (excluding tax) for lunch. The taste is not bad. The amount is fairly large, so it seems to be large for Japanese women.The overall price is high and it is a price setting for foreign tourists.

Recommended. Friendly chefs but not passionate staff. Very nice and fresh sashimi. The fatty toro was very yummy.

A really Nice place. The staff here is so friendly and they will make sure you have a nice time. The food is amazing, both the lunch sets and the dinner menu. Try the beef stew :) I will definitely go there again next time I am in Niseko.
